"Our Visit to the Store That Morning"
That morning when we entered the shop, we were welcomed by Patricia. She was super professional, really caring, and showed us a bunch of chairs. Eventually, we picked the one we ended up buying. She even made us tea and brought out some biscuits, which was really nice. You gotta be proud to have someone like Patricia on your team.

A truly great shopping experience - a rarity these days. Angela welcomed us at the entrance with a smile and introduced herself. We found her to be patient, kind, and thoughtful, with everything being no trouble at all for her. The drinks she prepared for us were delightful and much appreciated. We can't wait to get our order. We highly recommend HSL Rotherham. A perfect score all around.

The quality of HSL chairs and settees is truly exceptional. The Cheltenham location is nicely organized, giving you plenty of time to check things out. Charlotte, the supervisor at the store, was super helpful, friendly, and really easy to chat with. Can’t wait for our order to arrive. Definitely recommend!

We checked out three different locations, Coventry, Henley, and Lichfield. Right from the get-go, the staff welcomed us and offered us a drink. They were super helpful without being too much, which can be a bit much sometimes. The variety of products made it easy for us to pinpoint exactly what we needed by looking at what each place had on show. Tony at Lichfield and Julie at Coventry stood out as especially knowledgeable and accommodating.

"Wonderful shopping experience."
I checked out the Birmingham location on two occasions, and each time, we felt right at home. They didn’t rush us at all. My only gripe is that while there were extra large, standard, and petite sizes available to try on, I didn’t know you offered a petite plus size.
